NOW is the time to buy or renew your 2008-2009 Little Theatre Season Subscription.

Q: How do I make reservations?
A: Reservations may be made by PHONE, MAIL or IN PERSON.
Consult the Ticket Information page of this website for Box Office Hours
      and dates for each production.
         BY PHONE - Call 725-4001 during Box Office Hours (M-F noon - 5:30 p.m.).
Please have your membership card in hand when you call.
IN PERSON - Come by the Box Office during Box Office hours of operation.
Please have your membership card with you.
BY MAIL - Mail orders for a show may be made as soon as the preceding show has closed. Be sure to include your MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, DESIRED PERFORMANCE DATE, and DESIRED SEAT LOCATION. If you are ordering additional tickets not covered by your membership admissions, please enclose payment. If you are reserving by mail and wish to have tickets mailed back to you, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Q: Will the Box Office hold my tickets for me until the performance?
A: Yes, if all the tickets in your party are paid for, they will be at the PAID TICKET TABLE in the Gallery on the day of the performance. However, if ANY of your tickets still need to be paid for, they must be picked up at the Box Office Window AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. Any unpaid tickets not collected by 30 minutes prior to curtain will be released to the general public.

Q: What about EXCHANGES or REFUNDS?
A:
Tickets may be exchanged (for a $2.00 processing fee per tickert) for another performance of the same show ONLY when you call the Box Office (or return the tickets, if you have picked them up) at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to the performance for which the tickets were issued. All exchanges are on a space-available basis. If The Little Theatre cancels a performance due to bad weather or an emergency, please call the Box Office to change your tickets to another of the scheduled performances of that show. Failure to use tickets secured either by Members Admissions or cash results in forfeiture. The Little Theatre does not give refunds.

Q: May I let someone else use my member admissions or show tickets?
A:
Yes. If you wish to let someone use your membership admissions, simply give them your membership number and tell them to call the Box Office. If you have already made a reservation, tell them they may claim the tickets at the Paid Ticket Table under the name of the reservation.

For additional information, please call the Box Office at 725-4001 or the Administrative Office at 748-0857 x 201.
Thank you and enjoy the show!
