ACT Quest

HIGH SCHOOL and MIDDLE SCHOOL
SUMMER DRAMA CAMPS

June-August 2008

GET SMART
GODSPELL
SEUSSICAL

All ACT Quest Summer Camps are production-based performance camps. Campers will be immersed in rehearsal and other production aspects of putting together a fully-staged show.

Each camp will culminate in performances of a play or musical, complete with sets, costumes, etc. ACT Quest is for students of all experience levels. It’s a great way to learn and enhance acting and behind-the-scenes theatre skills while making new friends and having a great time.

We look forward to seeing you this summer!

(Registration deadline is June 1, 2008)

A Note on Auditions for GODSPELL and SEUSSICAL:

You do need to have a prepared song (an accompanist will be provided). It's also a good idea to wear comfortable shoes so that the choreographer can teach you a short dance routine to see how you move. Try to relax and go with the flow. Everyone is here to have a good time. You do not need to worry about getting into these camps if you are serious about learning how to perform! The auditions provide us with an opportunity to screen any applicants who may detract from the working atmosphere we hope to create with these camps. If you prepare diligently for the auditions, you will most likely be admitted. Additionally, we will prepare our cast based on these auditions so we can use that first day of camp as a rehearsal! Payment must accompany registration. Should you be denied admission to the camp for any reason, those fees will be repaid in full!
